Jacob Steel (Born 2000) is an English/Irish artist who specialises in acrylics, oil pastels and photography. He works with large scale canvas and indulges himself into the Pop Art and Neo Expressionism movements, taking inspiration from Andy Warhol and Jean Michel Basquiat.
His work is focused on his current surrounds and current problems people face in society, whilst expressing his own take through his work. This processes often starts off with photography and then taking the photos back to the studio to be expanded and explored on canvas or stretched paper.
